To delete your Honaki Star rail account, follow these steps in order:
- Open Honkai Star Rail.
- Press the Esc key to open the phone menu or tap the phone icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Tap on the Settings icon to open Settings.
- In Settings, navigate to the Account Settings option.
- Click the link to go to the User Center.
- Scroll down the page to the bottom and select the “Requesting Account Deletion” option.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to completely delete your account.
Once you have completed all the above steps and confirmed your account deletion, your miHoYo account will be temporarily frozen for 30 days.
The company provides this time because if your mind changes, you can reactivate it by logging in again to your account.
Once the given time period ends (30 Days) and you haven’t logged in to your account during this time period, your Honkai Star Rail and your Genshin Impact account both will be deleted permanently.
