To unlock the Fixed Device Shrine treasure chest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom, you will need to solve the Kiuyoyou Shrine puzzle. After completing the puzzle, grab the pole and put it on the roof on the top of the slab.
You will need to use Ultrahand ability to lift up the slab and attach it 45° to the pole.
Once it is attached, go back and strike the crystal with your weapon.

- Go back and hit the crystal with your weapon.
Once you hit the target with the ball, the chest gate will open and the chest will be visible.
